The CP-Rotation series of precision CNC punching machines delivers full rotation to the machine ram, with all tools inserted in the punch head able to be fully indexed to maintain a precision punch.This kind of die alignment is not possible in competitive machines.

The CP-Rotation uses a standard, heavy-duty front-loaded C-frame design. This turret punch is a single station machine with the RevoTool multi-tool head. It is equipped with Trumpf style tooling, has a maximum punch diameter of 4-inches (105mm) and infinitely variable positioning in the rotary axis. The upper and lower rotational axes are powered by 5HP AC digital servo motors, designed for a long life in rugged environments.

Military grade, double-redundant electronic components in the CNC, dual Y-axis ball screws, heavy steel plate welded frames and small overall footprint make the CP-Rotation the perfect addition to any precision shop.
