Stierli-Bieger’s SE series bending machines are designed especially for the required precision of graduated bending of ship frame profiles. Along with the typical HP ship’s frame (also known as a Holland profile, HP frame or bulb flat), it is also possible to bend L profiles and T profiles. The profiles are bent individually or in opposing pairs. The machine can also be used to bend pipes and for straightening work. Both manual and CNC control systems are available. Stierli offers a wide range of machines for use in shipbuilding or ship repair. The smallest machine bends up to HP 200, while the largest machine bends ship’s frames up to HP-430.
