EasyRoll© is Picot’s AI-based CNC software program bringing more than a 150-years of rolling experience to bear in an intuitive and efficient control system. Operators of any experience or skill level only have to select the material, thickness and prescribed diameter, and EasyRoll will do the rest. EasyRoll makes bending more intuitive and efficient. It has been designed based on a materials database and experience built on more than a century of Picot bending machine experience. And EasyRoll never stops learning – gaining deeper experience and control based on the inputs and result of the operators’ bending programs. EasyRoll allows the bending machine to take into account both spring-back and bending resistance to deliver the correct diameter on the first try.
