Recently, Boschert USA’s sales team discovered that famed maker/designer/YouTube and TV reality show star, Jimmy DiResta was building a camper trailer for a sponsor. We had been following the project on Instagram and is a fan of the YouTube personality with videos attracting millions of views. The trailer was to be aluminum clad with a curved trim profile on all four corners of both sides of the trailer.
Our team saw DiResta was struggling with creating the proper bends for the aluminum angle trim pieces to finish the curved corners of the trailer. We reached out to DiResta and offered to make the bends on a PBT profile bending machine in the Boschert USA showroom. DiResta gladly accepted the support and featured the PBT machine in action creating the clean, beautiful curves of the trailer in the YouTube video on the project: Jimmy DiResta Trailer Project.
